In the course of the last days I was able to fix most of the bugs that were in the demo. Colonists getting stuck, items not getting processed or things behaving weirdly should, for the most part, be a thing of the past. New features include the often requested ability to rotate the camera, battle music whenever combat is happening, accept all / refuse all buttons for stockpiles and the addition of the production tree image to the menu. So if you have no plans for tonight, why not play some more Kubifaktorium? :)
Finally, I would like to open a small modding competition for Kubifaktorium. The demo is actually moddable and you can already add new enemies, animals, items, workshops and so on.
